Sea Side Published!

Dear Readers,

Mariyah and I are excited and very pleased to announce that our novel, Sea Side, is now available for purchase from Lulu.com. A paperback version can be ordered for delivery, or you can download an electronic version directly. Thank you to all of you for your support and encouragement while we wrote it. We'll remember you when we're famous! ;)

Another special thanks to Joseph for the beautiful cover that we were fortunate enough to be able to use for the published version.

I thank you, once again for honoring me by including my name and my humble contribution to this beautiful labour of love.

Although you did mention to me, Abufares, that you guys were going to publish Sea Side... it still took me by surprise. I wasn't expecting it to happen this quick. I'm glad it did to be honest.

You and Joseph were the only two friends who actually knew that Mariyah and I were going through the publishing process.
I have to thank you for your "moral" support all along and now that Sea Side is published I can't wait to start on my (our) 2nd one.
It might be done differently this time. We'll see :-)

You're right. I haven't been writing much. We were both, however, engaged in the editing of the final manuscript of Sea Side.
Now that it's published and out of the way we can start looking for something new.

In response to the latest bigoted outcry on the Syrian Blogsphere against Homosexuality. I never ever imagined that there will come the day when I would have to stand up and fight for the right of homosexuals to be what they have chosen to be. I don’t condone their outlook on life, I don’t concur with their preferences, I don’t truly understand their choice but this is how far I go. My personal judgment and bias should not blind me from seeing that they exist and that I have to shut the fuck up and abide by their freedom of choice. How can we stop ourselves from repudiating all forms of nonconformity?
